I’ve formed the Making Business Better – Coaching and Consulting community based on a set of business frameworks that I’ve developed, refined, and applied over a diverse career spanning several decades.

My career has been devoted to disciplined business problem-solving, continuous improvement, and complex change management. I complement my diverse background in the electrical and electronics industry, construction, and project management with business acumen that helps individuals and organizations become Strategy-Driven, Process-Managed, and focused on Excellence.

My experience is underpinned by decades of working within small and medium sized businesses, as well as the public sector at all levels. I’m an Australian Born American currently living in the Washington, DC region. I have a passion for entrepreneurial ventures, and the growth of individuals and businesses through innovation, and disciplined strategies.
